Another Dwell Studio item: an organic knit blanket. If you click the link you will see this item wrapped around an adorable little baby! Keepin' warm! I choose this item one night when it was really cold. I wished I had one. It is made of unbleached, organic Egyptian cotton.

I swoon for Tord Boontje and I've been thinking about getting one of his lamps, but it might be too heavy - oh no! It seems the only lighting fixture my mangled ceiling can support is a paper lamp from IKEA.
The knit blanket looks like a sweet option, and this coral print rug is also awesome.

Wow, that's a tough one. I'd have to go with the Organic Knit Blanket though if I one.
Other things I liked from their site are all in the tea section :) Namely the Miami 59 oz. Kettle, the Sibo tea strainer and the Opal Chrome Thermal Carafe.
I might also say that my bed is one of my most important possessions. Seeing that humans spend at least a third of our life asleep, having one that yields the best sleep is one of the finest decisions anyone can make :)

The reason that I would chose this Eames Molded Plywood Lounge Chair if I won is not because I hold an affinity towards the gentle carving and molding, the amazing colours, or the natural face veneers. I would chose this chair because of the warm feeling I know it gives my sister. This chair takes her back to a certain time, and a certain place, with a certain man, to one of the fondest, most peaceful memories she has. The memories of a long lost home will never leave her and sitting back in this chair would allow her, for even minutes out of her busy day of work and bills and the hassles of her grown-up life, to escape and return to being completely enveloped in being young and in love and at ease.
